Set4adventures Contract:

Bookings are made with licensed trading as Set4adventures. Booking safari with us you are agreed to booking conditions (directed as all-inclusive to your booking shown) and you’re are booking will be accepted and to be provided those referred to in your booking confirmation

Booking Validity:

The booking is valid Once Set4adventures sends you the booking confirmation. This is after set all your safari in order as booked and received deposit or full payment from you. Once we send booking confirmation, your booking is considered a valid and active booking.

Deposit and Final Payment:

All bookings made require a deposit for confirmation, and to finalize your safari you will have to pay the final payment before your safari date. If you will add activities while on safari, you will require to finalize the additional cost if there will be before the departure date.

Booking Details:

Your details are required to confirm your safari booking, as you must provide the required details needed (full name as per passport, date of birth, nationality, passport issue, passport number, expiration date, and pre-existing medical condition). Necessary details help us to fully arrange your trip accordingly. Note that; providing fewer or fake details will lead to booking incomplete or unable to refund if cancellation occurs

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Set4adventures must be informed of the cancelation by writing an email and the office will provide the cancellation receipt for reference. Below are the cancellation period effect

1. 0 – 5 days before departure – No refund, so set4adventures will issue a credit note for only unused park fees which will be used in your future booking. Note that; there will be no refund after paying accommodation
2. 6 – 15 days before departure – 70% of the total tour price will be charged as cancellation fees
3. 16 – 30 days before departure – 50% of the total tour price will be charged as cancellation fees
4. 31 – 45 days before departure – 30% of the total tour price will be charged as cancellation fees
5. 46 – 90 days before departure – 20% of the total tour price will be charged as cancellation fees
6. 91 – 149 days before departure – 10% of the total tour price will be charged as cancellation fees
7. 150 days and above before departure – No cancellation fee.

Changing of Booking Dates:

You are flexible and free to change your safari schedule dates at any time. Nevertheless, while we reschedule your safari dates, applicable cancellation charges and any new charges will be applicable. In case the booking is canceled after rescheduling the origin tour date will be used to calculate the refund.

Travel Insurance: 

We highly recommend all our travelers get travel insurance. Your travel insurance must cover personal accidents, death, medical expenses, and emergency repatriation. We also recommend it covers cancellation, curtailment, personal liability, and loss of luggage, and personal effects.

Children on Safari:

Set4adventures welcome children aged three years and older on our safari but must be in parents’ responsibility at all times.
